Returns and Refunds

At Culturorama we strive to provide access to diverse toys to reiterate positive representation and a feeling of inclusion. We want this experience to be fun to our community.If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us directly at admin@theculturorama.com with your name and contact information. We'll be in touch and do our best to resolve your concerns.

We will also provide instructions for returning the product. The Culturorama toy returns are subject to a re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery and a full refund will be issued if the item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received. 

Once your return is received and inspected (with no obvious use or damage), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will be processing your refund shortly.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product received was defective, or the product did not match the description on the website. We strongly encourage tracking on all returns. The Culturorama is not responsible for returns lost in the mail and will not be issuing refunds for lost returns.​Exchanges: We will gladly provide exchanges if products are defective or damaged.
